Shopify Overview
The Shopify section helps your team turn store data into practical sales and merchandising decisions. You can understand where orders come from, inspect the orders behind a result, discover products customers buy together, track meaningful product groupings, and review product performance. Eligible agents can also use connected catalog information while helping customers.
Prerequisites
A store must be connected and enabled under General → Integrations → Shopify. The Shopify section appears only for users with access.
Orders can become available before the complete catalog and analytics history finish synchronizing. Follow the status banners shown on each page.
Shopify navigation
Choose a page based on the business question you want to answer. Open Shopify in the left sidebar to access:
- Dashboard — understand which channels are associated with orders and compare their performance;
- Orders — find the individual orders and customer activity behind reports;
- Cross-Sell — discover products and families that customers often buy together;
- Product Economics — compare product, family, and bundle performance for business decisions;
- Shopify Catalog — review the products and groupings available to reports and eligible agents;
- Bundles & Families — define reusable business groupings for consistent analysis.
Some insight pages can be limited by your plan even while Orders and Catalog remain available.
Choose the correct store
If more than one store is connected, use the store selector at the top of the page. Confirm the store before editing channel settings, family rules, bundle definitions, or saved views.
Understand synchronization
Recently connected stores show an initial sync banner. Catalog data can take longer than orders. When a page reports a sync in progress, wait for completion before comparing totals or changing setup based on missing data.
Manual order and catalog synchronization is available from the connected-store card under Integrations. Start it once and monitor the result.
Work with periods and filters
Shopify insight pages commonly offer a date period, store selector, search, product or family filters, and comparison options. Selections apply to the current page; moving to another sidebar page can reset page-specific filters.
When sharing a result, include the store, timezone, selected period, filters, and comparison setting.
