Account Access
Account access gets you into the correct Versafy workspace with the permissions your organization has assigned. Use this guide to create an account, join a teammate’s workspace, verify your identity, sign in, or recover access safely.
Create an account
Start from the Versafy registration or plan-selection page provided to your organization. Enter an email address you can access, choose a strong unique password, and complete the organization or store details shown.
If registration continues to checkout or store approval, finish that step in the same browser. Avoid opening several registration attempts for the same organization.
Compare plans before registration
The public Choose Your Plan page lists plans currently available through the selected signup channel. Review the monthly price, included features, limits, trial or starting balance information, and availability shown on each card.
Select Get Started to continue with an available plan. For Enterprise, use the contact form and provide only the business information needed for the sales conversation. If no plans load, try again later rather than beginning registration through an old link.
Verify your email
Open the verification message sent to your account email and use its confirmation link. The workspace can show a verification banner until this is complete.
If the message does not arrive:
- check spam, promotions, and security quarantine;
- confirm the address shown in your account;
- use the resend action once;
- open only the newest verification message;
- ask your mail administrator whether automated account messages are blocked.
Verification links can expire. Request a new one instead of repeatedly opening an older link.
Accept a workspace invitation
Use the private invitation link sent by your workspace administrator. Confirm the invited email address and set your password when requested.
An invitation link is intended for one person. Do not forward it. If it opens the wrong signed-in account, log out first or use a private browser window, then open the link again.
Sign in
Enter your account email and password on the sign-in page. After sign-in, check the name, email, and workspace shown in the sidebar before working with customer data.
If your organization uses several workspaces, select the correct one before making changes.
Reset a forgotten password
- Select Forgot password on the sign-in page.
- Enter your account email.
- Open the newest password-reset message.
- Choose a new password and confirm it.
- Return to sign-in if the reset page does not redirect automatically.
Password-reset links can expire or become invalid after use. Request a new link if needed.
Understand access messages
- Unauthorized usually means your signed-in account lacks access to that page or workspace.
- Email verification required means you must confirm your account email.
- A billing-only workspace can require plan or subscription attention.
- Organization deleted means the workspace is inactive; its owner should contact support immediately if deletion was accidental.
Keep your account secure
- Use a unique password stored in an approved password manager.
- Never share verification, invitation, password-reset, or sign-in links.
- Log out on shared devices.
- Ask an administrator to deactivate accounts that no longer need access.
- Contact support if account details change unexpectedly.
