Shopify Catalog
Shopify Catalog shows the products and groupings available to Versafy reports and eligible agent features. Use it to confirm that agents can refer to the right products, find missing or inactive items, inspect collections and categories, and identify product information that needs attention before business analysis.
Navigation: Open Shopify → Shopify Catalog.
Select a store and check status
Choose the store at the top of the page. The sync banner shows whether catalog data is ready, still updating, or needs attention. Use Sync Catalog only when a refresh is needed and no sync is already running.
Browse the Overview tab
The Overview helps customer-service and merchandising teams quickly find a product and confirm how it is represented. Search by product title or SKU and filter by vendor, category, or product status. The table can show product, status, vendor, category, variant count, and most recent sale.
Select sortable headings to find recently sold, inactive, or complex products. Open related tabs to inspect how products are grouped.
Browse Collections
Collections let you review the same store groupings customers browse, which is useful when checking a campaign, seasonal range, or agent product scope. The Collections tab lists synchronized store collections. Open a collection to review its products. Collection membership comes from the connected store and should generally be managed there.
Browse Categories
The Categories tab summarizes recognized product categories and lets you inspect the products within them. Category availability depends on catalog information from the store.
Review Cost of Goods availability
Cost availability tells you which products can support complete Product Economics reporting and which need an approved business input. The Cost of Goods tab shows whether each product or variant has that information available. Authorized users may enter or update a business-approved cost when the store does not provide one.
Keep cost maintenance limited to appropriate finance or merchandising users. Follow the labels and warnings on the page when reviewing incomplete inputs.
Keep catalog data current
Normal store changes synchronize automatically when the connection supports them. Use a manual catalog sync after connection changes or a confirmed gap. Large catalogs can take time to finish.
Troubleshoot the catalog
A product is missing
Clear search and filters, confirm the store, check product status, and wait for sync. Then run one manual catalog sync if needed.
A variant or category is incorrect
Check the source store first. After correcting it there, allow synchronization to update Versafy.
Product Economics reports incomplete results
Check whether relevant products have cost information and whether the selected period contains synchronized orders. Ask an authorized business user to resolve missing costs.
