Shopify Orders

Shopify Orders gives your team a searchable view of the individual purchases behind store reports. Use it to answer customer questions, confirm fulfillment or refunds, inspect product combinations, understand an order’s marketing journey, and validate a dashboard or product insight against real orders.

Navigation: Open Shopify → Orders.

Choose a store

If several stores are connected, select the store above the order list. During initial synchronization, a banner may explain that older orders are still arriving.

Search, sort, and filter

Search by order number. Select sortable column headings to change order, and use any filters passed from another Shopify report to focus on matching products, order IDs, or a period.

When the list indicates it is filtered, use Back to Orders or clear the active filter to return to the normal view.

Open order details

Order details bring the commercial, customer, product, delivery, and attribution story together so you do not have to compare several reports. Select an order to open its detail drawer. Depending on available store data, it can include:

  • financial and fulfillment status;
  • subtotal, discounts, shipping, tax, refunds, and total;
  • customer contact information;
  • products, variants, quantities, properties, and discounts;
  • fulfillment and tracking information;
  • attribution journey and campaign values;
  • a CRM link when configured.

Missing fields usually mean the source order did not provide that information or the relevant sync has not completed.

Linked order sets let you verify an insight before acting on it. Cross-Sell and Product Economics can link a metric to the exact matching orders, and the Orders page opens with that filter applied.

Refresh order data

Use the page refresh for the current list. For a broader historical sync, open General → Integrations → Shopify, select Sync Orders, and choose an allowed starting date. Wait for the background sync to finish.

Optional CRM settings

Optional CRM settings can turn a store order into structured follow-up for sales or service teams. If customer CRM setup appears on the Orders page, select the store, CRM connection, pipeline, stage, and lead options carefully. Test with a known order before using the workflow broadly.

CRM actions can create external records. Confirm an action’s status before repeating it.

Troubleshoot Shopify Orders

No orders appear

Confirm the store is connected and enabled, choose the correct store, clear filters, and check the initial-sync banner.

A recent order is missing

Refresh once. If still missing, start one order sync from Integrations and wait for completion.

An order total differs from another report

Open the detail drawer and review discounts, refunds, shipping, tax, order state, date, and the report’s filters.
