Profile and Organization

Profile and Organization settings keep personal details, shared business identity, and time-based workflows accurate. They help teammates read activity in their local time while campaigns, bookings, reports, and call schedules use the intended organization context.

Navigation: Open General → My Profile.

Update your profile

On the My Profile tab, you can update your name, phone, website, description, timezone, daylight-saving preference, and password.

Your account email may be read-only. To change it, follow your organization’s account process or contact the workspace administrator.

Choose your timezone

The right timezone prevents confusion when reviewing calls, conversations, bookings, and scheduled activity. Search for the city or timezone that matches your location. Enable seasonal time changes if they apply to you. Your profile timezone affects how dates and times are presented to you.

If the organization timezone is shown, use Use organization timezone when you want your profile to match it.

Change your password

Enter and confirm the new password, then save. Leave the password fields blank when changing other profile details. After changing a password, store it in an approved password manager and sign in again if requested.

Manage organization information

Organization information gives teammates a consistent workspace identity and shared scheduling default. If you can see the Organization tab, it includes an overview and organization information. The owner can update the organization name, logo, timezone, and seasonal-time setting.

The organization timezone is used for shared scheduling and reporting defaults. Review scheduled agents, campaigns, and call flows after changing it.

Delete an organization

Organization deletion is an owner-only, high-impact action. It makes the workspace unavailable and can begin a limited retention period before permanent removal.

Before confirming:

  1. export any information your organization must retain;
  2. stop active campaigns and automations;
  3. disconnect or reassign customer channels where appropriate;
  4. notify teammates;
  5. type the organization name exactly as requested.

If deletion was accidental, contact support immediately. Do not create a replacement workspace until you understand the recovery status.
