Integrations

Integrations let Versafy participate in the customer workflows your business already uses. Connect the right services so agents can monitor an inbox, book into a real calendar, pass leads to CRM, answer from store information, arrange delivery, or use business phone numbers without making your team re-enter the same information.

Navigation: Open General in the left sidebar, then select Integrations.

Understand the page

The page shows what business capabilities are available and which connections need attention. Each integration type appears in an expandable card. Select a card header to view connected accounts, status, and available actions. Some cards stay collapsed until you open them; a direct link from another feature may open the relevant card automatically.

You may see these states:

  • Connected — available for supported features;
  • Disabled — saved but not currently available to agents or reports;
  • Disconnected or Authorization required — needs reconnection;
  • Verification pending — connection details are saved but not yet confirmed;
  • Verification failed — review the connection details and try again.

Connect an account safely

  1. Open the relevant integration card.
  2. Select Connect, Add, or the equivalent action.
  3. Follow the on-screen authorization or connection dialog.
  4. Confirm the external account, store, or workspace name before approving.
  5. Return to Versafy and wait for the connected status.
  6. Use Test when available.
  7. Open the feature that will use the integration and select the new account there.

Connecting an account does not automatically enable every agent action. Agent-specific inbox, CRM, calendar, commerce, and delivery settings must still be configured.

Enable, disable, reconnect, or disconnect

  • Disable when you want to keep the setup but temporarily prevent use.
  • Enable when the account is ready to be selected again.
  • Reconnect when access has expired or the external account changed.
  • Disconnect only after reviewing every agent, report, and workflow that depends on the account.

Read confirmation dialogs carefully. Some disconnections can remove imported data or make historical links unavailable.

Use more than one account

Multiple connections let different teams, brands, regions, stores, or agents use the correct destination. Where multiple accounts are supported, give each a clear integration name. Verify the account selected inside each agent and report; Versafy does not assume that every agent should use the first connection.

Troubleshoot an integration

The connection succeeds but is not selectable

Confirm it is enabled and supports the feature you are configuring. Refresh the destination page once after connection.

Test fails

Reconnect using an account with the required access. If the external service lets administrators restrict apps or scopes, ask its administrator to approve the requested customer-facing feature.

Data does not appear

Look for an initial import or sync status. Wait for it to complete, then refresh. Use one manual sync if offered.

You cannot manage integrations

Ask your workspace administrator for integration management access. Do not share login details or secret connection values with another user as a workaround.
